The National Community Pharmacists Association is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to engage with the CEO, senior staff, and organization leaders to foster a high-performance culture. The COO will play a crucial role in executing NCPA’s mission to protect and promote the work of the nation’s independent pharmacies who provide a vital healthcare link to millions of patients throughout the country. The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be a hands-on contributor to organizational excellence both directly and through superior team coaching skills.
