All of us have limited time to invest in our careers and the challenges to lead an organization. NASPA has always given me the most return for my participation. You are missing a great reward if you do not actively participate in NASPA.

Since I have seen NASPA from both sides as an Executive and now an Associate Member, I think NASPA provides such a wide array services that are very beneficial to both State Executives and Associate Members. I appreciate everything that NASPA provides.

The type of work that I have done over the past twenty-five years has necessitated frequent interactions with state pharmacy association executives, and our investment in a NASPA associate membership has helped to meet this need in a huge way.

Being a NASPA member helps me to envision the future of pharmacy by interacting with state, national and even international leaders in the profession. This contact allows me to help pharmacists in Kansas ready themselves for inevitable changes in the way they practice pharmacy.

As I look to how I can best lead our state association, NASPA and its members provide the invaluable experience and resources to fully support my efforts. It is a close-knit network of committed individuals working tirelessly to help support and advance pharmacy practice at a state and national level.

I credit NASPA with keeping my job over 30 years. The sharing of all ideas, from enhancing revenue to new services for members, have been critical to what success we’ve had. My dues have come back to benefit our association many times over.

NASPA provides a wonderful opportunity to share and learn from my colleagues across the country. Learning about opportunities, their successes, and even their challenges helps me be better prepared to do the best possible job for Pennsylvania. We truly are stronger when we partner and collaborate together!
