Ready to join the NASPA team? We’re looking for a passionate policy wonk to lead our state policy team.
This role sits at the center of NASPA’s work and will shape how we research, analyze, and communicate state pharmacy policy, support state pharmacy associations across the country, and help ensure our members have accurate, practical, and timely policy resources they can actually use. The position also includes supervising a policy analyst, managing contractors tied to funded projects, and contributing policy expertise to grants, contracts, and business development efforts.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong policy interpretation skills
- Enjoys translating complex policy into clear, actionable resources
- Thinks strategically, but also executes well and can keep track of detailed policy info
- Values relationships and member service
- Wants to help advance pharmacy practice through sound state policy
- Is ready to contribute to a small but mighty team with a member- and mission-focused approach
This is a fully remote position with some travel and the opportunity to work closely with state pharmacy leaders nationwide.
